Lydia's Myspace

Lydia Clark got her start working on the other side of the lens as a fashion model for Elite Model Management in New York, Tokyo, and Milan. She placed in the top 10 of the 1997 Elite Model Look contest and went on to place in the top 30 at the international phase in Nice, France. Lydia has worked with and learned from some of the top photographers in the business. 

 Lydia taught runway, acting, and hair and make-up for over 8 years at John Casablancas Modeling and Career Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas where she was also the house fashion and beauty photographer. 

Lydia is a student at the University of Arkansas, majoring in Art Education.

 Lydia has an artistic understanding of light and composition and brings the two together to capture natural, genuine images.  Along with her experience working as a model for many photographic shoots, she brings an energetic sense of direction and makes everyone feel at ease both on the set and on location. 

Lydia continues to work closely with John Casablancas and MTM Modeling Agency, scouting for new talent and doing test shoots for model's portfolios and actor's headshots.

Lydia is married to her best friend Brian, and together they have two sons, ages 7 and 3.  Her boys, Finn and Desmond, are her copper-headed muses who keep her photography fresh and innovative.  Brian was the lead guitarist for the famed local band, The Dirt Spirits and is now a Political Scientist at the University of Arkansas.

In her spare time, Lydia enjoys many genres of music and art, playing guitar and the flute, and designing costumes for her two boys who are usually dressed up and in character.
